I Installed the Toolbar and Now Firefox is Having an Issue. What do I do?

Some problems can be fixed by restarting firefox and your computer. If you still cannot get the toolbar to work, you can uninstall it. To uninstall the toolbar, open firefox, click on Tools, select Add-ons, and you will see all toolbars and extensions listed there. Choose iBreadCrumbs and click uninstall.

My School Isn't Listed, What do I do?

It's ok if your school is not listed; you can still sign up without selecting a school. To have your school added, please contact us. You may do so by clicking on the About Us link at the bottom of the page. On the about us page there will be a link at the top named Contact Us. Please click there and fill out the form along with your school's name.

Is the iBreadCrumbs Toolbar compatible with Mac?

Currently with Mac it is hit or miss. Most people report that it works fine but a few Mac users have reported problems and we are currently working on them. If you have installed the toolbar and Firefox isn't working properly, try restarting firefox or your computer. If it still has problems, you can uninstall it. Currently with Vista it is hit or miss. A few people have reported issues with the toolbar but others can use it fine. How Do I Uninstall the iBreadCrumbs Toolbar?

How Do I Delete Sites From a BreadCrumb?

To delete sites from an existing BreadCrumb, login to iBreadCrumbs and click on the blue BreadCrumbs tab. You will see all of your existing BreadCrumbs, simply click on the one you would like to edit. Once you've click on it, you will see a list of all the sites in that BreadCrumb. At the bottom left of the page under the last site there is a link Edit BreadCrumb. Click that and you will be able to delete pages, add notes, add thumbs up, change the name, change the description, change the privacy settings, and change the category. When you click the big X next to each site in the BreadCrumb, this marks it to be deleted. When you click save, all the sites with the X mark are deleted.
