About Public Open Space: Study shows that professionals involved in planning cities do not have the skill sets needed to research, design, and implement Public Open Space in cities across North America and Europe. And that these professionals need to go back to school in order to stop the further destruction of cities; that is, the destruction of the LIVABILITY of cities.
